Last week at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, Kathy LaTour from Cure Magazine sat down with Wendy Woodward and I to discuss Inflammatory Breast Cancer.
Kathy, Thank you for getting Inflammatory Breast Cancer more exposure in Cure Magazine and for taking the time to let us share our stories. [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]

The article in Cure Magazine by LaTour tells the story of my diagnosis with Triple Negative Inflammatory Breast Cancer and Traditional Breast Cancer in my other breast. The misdiagnosis that I faced is often the same situation for other men and women across the World.

The difficulty that I had trying to locate information about IBC during this time was what drove me to start The IBC Network where people from all over can find information, get involved with support groups, and donate for research on IBC.

Please take the time to read this full article in Cure Magazine and leave a comment on Kathy LaTours blog post at the bottom of her article.

Kathy LaTour also wrote an additional article in Cure Magazine about the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, Myself, and Wendy Woodward. Read it here
