Twenty-seven years later, Mark and Joseph are taking on a 200-mile challenge across Florida in her memory.

On November 11, Mark and Joseph will begin a 200-mile journey across Florida. They will have just 96 hours to reach the finish line.
They’re not running just for the challenge. They’re running for Donna—and for every family who has heard the words inflammatory breast cancer.
Every mile is a mile for IBC research.

- What it is: A non-competitive 1.2-mile walk to raise money for cancer research, patient programs, education, and prevention.
- The tradition: Participants wear their favorite boots (cowboy, rain, combat, or otherwise) to symbolize “giving cancer the boot”.
- Where it happens: In person at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas, or virtually in your own neighborhood.
- Cost & Requirements: There is no registration fee and no minimum fundraising requirement. 100% of the funds raised by participants go directly to the mission.
