Research breakthroughs begin with questions—and the commitment to finding answers. In August 2025, The IBC Network Foundation proudly awarded a $100,000 research grant to
Dr. Filipa Lynce at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to support an innovative study investigating the T-cell receptor (TCR) clonotype repertoire in Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) and its association with clinical outcomes. Funded over two years, the project received its first $50,000 installment in August 2025, followed by a second $50,000 payment in May 2026. Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Lynce and her research team to learn more about the progress being made, the discoveries emerging from this work, and the potential impact this research could have on the future of IBC treatment and care.
