Event Details
- What it is: A non-competitive 1.2-mile walk to raise money for cancer research, patient programs, education, and prevention.
- The tradition: Participants wear their favorite boots (cowboy, rain, combat, or otherwise) to symbolize “giving cancer the boot”.
- Where it happens: In person at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas, or virtually in your own neighborhood.
- Cost & Requirements: There is no registration fee and no minimum fundraising requirement. 100% of the funds raised by participants go directly to the mission.
